What is a small item fix?

A small item is any request that we deem can be handled in 30 minutes or less.  Larger requests will be quoted at our hourly rate.

What is included in your knowledgebase?

There are a lot of "experts" out there giving advice on what to do and not to do with your online presence.  Our knowledgebase is a curation of reputable advice, tips, guides, how-tos, and other related training materials.  The knowledgebase is designed to help you find the right answers to your questions.

What is Advanced Analytics integration?

With our Professional and Enterprise level support packages you can enjoy our Advanced Analytics services integrated directly into your site. You will be able to track typical website metrics, such as overall traffic, page views, bounce rates, and where your viewers are originating from, but also individual viewer interactions with your website. Advanced Analytics allows you to see how far viewers scroll down pages before clicking away, which buttons and calls-to-actions your viewers click on, and where you should be improving your website to boost conversions!

What happens to my website after the 12 months support period is over?

After the required 12 month support period is over, you have the option of re-enrolling in the same or another one of our support packages or moving your site to an alternative hosting/support service. It is important to know that we will not move your site to an alternative provider for you free of charge, but will separately quote you for this service.

What is Data Insights Implementation?

At the Enterprise level support package, you will receive our Data Insights Implementation plan, which is a customized report that uses real user data to offer suggestions on how to improve the performance of your site. We use our Advanced Analytics toolset to find where users are not engaging as expected and use this data to propose solutions to these issues. The best part? You get a Data Insights report every month, so your site will never stop improving.

Will I be able to edit content on my website?

Yes, and you will be trained on how to edit old posts and pages, as well as how to add new posts and pages. All of our sites are built on WordPress, so editing content has been designed with the non-techie in mind. That being said, any design or code edits should be left up to our team so no damage is done accidentally to the rest of the site.

Can I add new design elements on the site?

We disable building access to clients in order to maintain the security and structural integrity. If there are new elements you wish to add, we'd be happy to set up a call to discuss options with you!

Do I have to attend to or support anything?

All maintenance and security updates and checks are handled by our team.  We encourage you to manage and enhance your web content to grow your business.
